Real Healing. Lasting Change.

Trauma, anxiety, grief, and difficult life experiences don’t have to define you or dictate your future. Through EMDR, somatic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, we help older teens and adults, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most

Trauma Therapy for Individuals, and Groups

We offer individual therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, groups, and intensive therapy services designed to help people process difficult experiences, develop new patterns, and create meaningful change.

Individual Psychotherapy
Life can become smaller after trauma, anxiety, loss, or chronic stress. Many people come to therapy knowing something needs to change but feeling unsure how to create that change.

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, understand what is getting in the way, and develop new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you. Our goal is not simply to help you feel better, but to help you build a life with greater freedom, connection, meaning, and joy.

EMDR Therapy

Painful experiences can continue to influence how we think, feel, and respond long after they are over. EMDR helps the brain process and integrate these experiences so they no longer have the same emotional charge, creating more freedom in the present.

SOMATIC THERAPY

Stress, anxiety, and trauma affect our whole system. Somatic therapy helps people reconnect with their internal experience, develop greater nervous system regulation and create lasting change through increased awareness of the body’s signals and responses. Given the right conditions, the nervous system naturally moves toward regulation, allowing the body to soften old patterns of bracing and protection that were once necessary but are no longer needed.

Group Support

Support comes from being with others who’ve had similar experiences. In group, we heal through shared connection, guided practice, and learning how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma. You’ll leave with real tools and the felt sense that you’re not alone.

Mindful Movement for Every Body

Experience the transformative power of mindful movement, yoga, and other embodied approaches. From gentle flows to deep yin practices, our nurturing instructors guide you through movements that restore, strengthen, and heal. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, find your perfect class in our welcoming community.

“The best way out is through”

-ROBERT FROST

We cannot change what happened. We can change our relationship with it. Healing is not about forgetting the past. It is about developing the freedom to live more fully in the present.

You Can Find Balance and Relief

When your nervous system has been stuck in survival mode, life can feel like constant tension, overwhelm, anxiety, or exhaustion. You may find yourself repeating patterns you no longer want, struggling in relationships, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Healing is possible. With the right support, people can develop greater resilience, flexibility, self-awareness, and connection.

COMMON REASONS PEOPLE SEEK THERAPY

Trauma Recovery

Trauma can leave the body feeling on guard long after the danger has passed. We help you work with memories, triggers, and nervous system reactions in a way that feels safe and paced to you. Change happens without forcing or reliving every detail.

Anxiety Support

For racing thoughts, panic, and that constant “on edge” feeling. Together we slow the cycle between mind and body so anxiety can soften and you can focus on what matters.

Grief & Loss

Grief is part of being human. There’s no right way to carry it. We make room for the pain, the memories, the anger, the love, and the small steps of learning how to move forward without leaving what mattered behind.

Relationship Problems

Trauma patterns can show up in the relationships we care about most. We help you understand what gets activated and build communication that creates connection instead of conflict.

Body Tension, Stress & Chronic Pain

Stress lives in muscles, breath, and posture. Our trauma-informed team works gently with the body so tightness, fatigue, and pain can soften rather than feel like a constant fight.

Trauma-Informed Yoga & Movement

Choice-based, body-aware classes designed to help you feel safer in your body. No experience required.

HOW WE CAN HELP

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess overwhelming experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional charge.

We prioritize preparation, internal safety, and pacing — especially for complex trauma. Clients do not need to relive every detail to heal.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapies recognize that experiences are processed through both cognitive and physiological systems. By working directly with body sensations and nervous system regulation, change becomes more integrated and lasting.

“The body has its own wisdom.” — Peter Levine

Parts-Aware Therapy

Internal Family Systems and parts-informed approaches help you understand the different parts of yourself that developed to cope and survive. By building curiosity and compassion toward these parts, inner conflict softens and healing becomes sustainable.

Relational Therapy

Healing unfolds within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship. Research consistently shows that the quality of the relationship is one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy. We prioritize collaboration, safety, and responsiveness in every session.
