Erika Losik, LPC, NCC

Specialties: Depression, Grief, Anxiety, Life Changes

My clients are teens and adults navigating grief that comes from unaddressed trauma as well as the challenges of recent life changes. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing and isolating when you’re processing loss, major transitions, or just the difficult parts of being human. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you find your own path forward.

My approach is person-centered, which means I’ll meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and warmth. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, and I’ll do my best to create a space where you can be fully yourself. Grief, in particular, holds a special place in my work. I don’t see it as something to “fix,” but as a natural part of life that deserves to be witnessed and honored.

I show up as a real person and I welcome your realness, too. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community and for anyone who has ever felt “othered.” Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
