In addition to talking about symptoms, we work with the body’s responses: fight, flight, freeze, so they can settle and resolve.

Support comes from being with others who’ve had similar experiences. In group, we heal through shared connection, guided practice, and learning how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma. You’ll leave with real tools and the felt sense that you’re not alone.

From gentle flows to deep yin practices, our nurturing instructors guide you through movements that restore, strengthen, and heal.
