Raelynn Grant, LCPC  Clinical Director & Supervisor, Boise River Counseling

Raelynn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Director/Supervisor at Boise River Counseling. She has been a practicing counselor since 2011, with a professional background as both a teacher and school counselor before transitioning fully into private practice.

As a somatic-focused therapist, Raelynn integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 trained), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to approach trauma recovery and performance enhancement through a body-based lens. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when the mind and body reconnect, allowing clients to release stored trauma and cultivate resilience from within.

Raelynn is EMDR Certified and is currently completing her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certification. She provides an accepting, safe, and collaborative environment where clients can process trauma, resolve destructive coping patterns, and strengthen self-trust.

In addition to her clinical work, Raelynn integrates experiential practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga into therapy. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking and mountain biking with her dogs and finds peace and empowerment in old-school weightlifting.
