McKinley Bradshaw (Pre-Licensed)
Specialties: Anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions
As a graduate-level Counseling Intern, I help clients navigate life’s challenges with support, insight, and compassion. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether from anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, or major life transitions—I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
Using a person-centered approach rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I integrate somatic practices and creative interventions to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. My goal is to support you in building self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change that aligns with your values.
As an intern, my services are offered at an affordable rate, making therapy accessible to those who are underinsured or seeking lower-cost mental health support.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll create a space for reflection, growth, and transformation, helping you move toward greater authenticity, confidence, and well-being.
