Kenna Bolen (Pre-Licensed)
Specialties: anxiety, addiction, depression, PTSD, and relationship struggles
I work with clients who are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable, yet feel worn down by the constant demands of life. If you recognize this in yourself, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.
In our sessions, I provide a compassionate and grounding presence, using mind-body approaches to explore the ways early experiences, trauma, or unmet needs have shaped your patterns. Together, we’ll gently transform habits that no longer serve you, strengthen emotional regulation, and create more space for self-trust, clarity, and meaningful connection.
I am currently a counseling intern pursuing my Master’s degree with an emphasis in addiction at Boise State University, and I plan to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in May 2026. My holistic approach supports clients in building self-awareness, trusting their intuition, and developing practical coping skills for everyday wellness. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or relationship challenges, creating a safe space to feel fully authentic.
I integrate mindfulness, curiosity, art, and somatic practices—including trauma-informed yoga—into therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies, soothe the nervous system, and deepen connection to self and others. Every person’s journey is unique, and I would be honored to support you in trusting yourself and creating the life you want to live.
